Making Baby Shampoo at Home

These soaps are made from natural ingredients like olive oil and pure vegetable oils and are mostly absolutely unscented. You can use an essential oil for adding some fragrance to the baby shampoo. The most effective essential oil for this purpose would be lavender oil; it is known for its gentle nature and amazing calming effects. The other ingredient you will need for making baby shampoo is distilled water.

Step 2: Now, take a glass container, preferably a pot or bowl and pour the boiled water into it. Add 4 tablespoons of soap flakes into the water and stir the water well so that the soap flakes get dissolved.

Ste 3: Once the soap flakes dissolve completely in the water, add 2 to 3 drops lavender oil into it. Again stir the mix well. The baby shampoo is now ready to be used. Store the mix in a squeeze bottle.
