Yields: 15 cookies

Method of Preparation

  • Beating margarine plus sugar at moderate pace in a blender till properly mixed (for around five minutes).
  • Tipping in the egg plus apple sauce & beating properly.
  • In a light manner spooning the flour into measuring cups.
